Andrew and Ted's Excellent Adventure

Who are we?

Starting at the beginning of our sophomore year in college, the two of us decided it was time to put together something that was long overdue. The brainchild of Andrew's designs and Ted's innovative concepts finally came out in the form of a clothing company. And so in September of 2007, Bright on Both Sides was born. Simply put, we are two friends on a mission to cut a slice out of the fashion pie for the rest of us to enjoy. The designs we have created are based on the obscure ideas that flow out of the wrinkles of our brain which we wish to share with the world.

What's with the name?

The hardest part of starting a company is coming up with the name. Over the course of several discussions that ran into the wee hours of the night, we found the words that best embodied what we stood for. Bright On Both Sides symbolizes the sunrise and sunset that casts its light across the coasts of our nation each day. Much like the sun, we hope that our clothing will shed its light on all sides of America and ultimately the world.

Plans for the Future?

Just like most clothing companies, we cannot predetermine where the current fashion trends will lead us. As always we promise to accomodate for the latest style changes while holding true to our ideals of what makes us who we are. Possibilities are endless, but are not limited to hooded sweatshirts, custom vans, and fitted hats.
